Cancel & Refund Policy

At Avyra Travel LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds on travel bookings. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

  • Refund eligibility and the amount refunded depend on the timing of your cancellation relative to your travel dates and the terms set by our service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

Non-Refundable Components:

  • Certain bookings or components of your travel package may be non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, special promotional packages, flights, and specific hotel reservations. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Changes to Bookings:
